guns and stop watch timing of players
to monitor improvement
- Dry-land
training including outdoor shooting
of weighted pucks, plyometrics sessions,
roller hockey, soccer, volleyball, baseball
and swimming
- 2
games and a skills session daily (equals
48 games + 24 skill sessions in 4 weeks)
- Up
to 5 week enrolment includes board and
lodging at the WHC facility
