Girls Summer Training

For girls ages 14 and up there are the following weeks available:
Two weeks from August 10 to August 23, 2008

RHT PHILOSOPHY AND PURPOSE
A player with desire, determination and dedication in the right environment with the right people helping to create opportunities, can succeed in becoming a world class hockey player.

PROGRAMS

Each player will participate in

  • 6 games per week (6 hours)
        On Ice game instruction
  • 5 On Ice skill development sessions per week (5 hours)
        skating, passing shooting skills    
  • 5 Off Ice Conditioning and Dryland  sessions per week
  • Goalies will receive professional instruction 
        5 individual goalie sessions per week (2.5 hours)

ACCEPTANCE

Two groups of 30 players maximum (4 goalies per group)

Call in advance to reserve a spot.

 
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT

All of RHT’s instructors are pro or NCAA graduates.

Sample Itinerary
7:00- 7:30 Wake up and Breakfast at the facility
7:30- 8:00 Light Jog/ Warm up
8:30- 9:00 Stretching
9:00-10:00 Bus to Rink
10:00-11:00 Practice
11:15-12:15 Game
1:00-2:00 Bus To WHC
2:30-3:00 Lunch
3:00- 4:30 Off Ice Conditioning/Dryland
4:30- 5:00 Cool Down, Nap, Free Time
5:00- 6:00 Practice shooting pucks
6:00- 7:00 Dinner
7:00- 8:30 Intramural Games
8:30-10:00 Cool Down, Movies, etc
10:00 Lights Out
