All players registered in the
WHC are required to submit to a strict set of
guidelines regarding their "Code of Conduct"
while in the program, whether on or off the grounds
of the World Hockey Centre.
These guidelines are as follows:
1. All players will respect the integrity of
the Hockeyworks International Ltd. (HIL) program,
its facilities and its staff members.
2. Players will attend all games, on or off-ice
training sessions, and video review sessions.
Absence from any of these activities must be approved
by HIL staff PRIOR to the activity, and with a
justifiable reason, i.e. injury, emergency, doctor,
dentist.
3. Players must respect all facilities within
the World Hockey Centre, to use them with care
and do their part in keeping the centre clean.
In particular, players are responsible to keep
their own living quarters clean, neat and tidy.
4. Players are required to adhere to curfews
as determined by HIL. These curfews will be strictly
monitored and enforced.
5. Players must understand and acknowledge that
association with or use of drugs, alcohol, or
tobacco of any kind is not acceptable and will
not be tolerated.
6. Players will be responsible financially for
any damages caused to the facility as a result
of their own behaviour or negligence.
Players must understand
and acknowledge that failure to comply with any
of the above rules and guidelines will result
in the suspension or expulsion of the offending
player(s).
